Lucy joined Youable in August, 2025.  She has years of experience in childcare and early childhood education, with experience working with children, teens, and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.  She loves meeting her clients and their families and building connections with them.  She empowers her clients by normalizing the act of seeking help and showing it as a sign of strength, not weakness.  She believes everyone needs support to thrive, so she fosters a safe, welcoming environment where her clients feel encouraged to reach out, connect with resources, and build skills and confidence needed to care for their emotional health.

When she is not working, Lucy enjoys doing anything competitive: board games, sports, you name it!  She plays competitive ultimate frisbee and recreational volleyball, and also enjoys dancing, reading, and crafting.
